CRO

Turn more visitors into customers with data-driven CRO

Most "CRO" is a generic best-practices checklist applied without testing whether it actually moves your numbers. We run real A/B and multivariate tests against your product detail pages, checkout flow and cart, prioritized by a structured friction audit — so changes are validated with your own traffic and conversion data, not assumed to work because they worked somewhere else.

How we work
What's Included

A structured CRO testing program

CRO only works as an ongoing testing process, not a one-time redesign. We run a repeatable audit-hypothesize-test-implement loop so improvements are proven against your actual traffic before they're rolled out permanently.

PDP & checkout friction audits

Structured audits of your product detail pages, cart and checkout flow — page speed, form friction, trust signals, mobile usability — to find where real shoppers are dropping off.

A/B & multivariate testing

Statistically valid split tests run against your actual traffic (not opinion or a generic playbook), so we know a change actually improved conversion before it ships permanently.

Funnel & behavior analysis

Session recordings, heatmaps and funnel drop-off data used to form testable hypotheses, instead of guessing what to test next.

Checkout optimization

Guest checkout, form-field reduction, payment/shipping transparency and mobile checkout flow — the specific friction points that most commonly cause cart abandonment.

Trust & social proof placement

Reviews, guarantees, security badges and social proof tested for placement and impact, rather than added everywhere on the assumption more is always better.

Revenue-per-visitor tracking

We measure and report on revenue-per-visitor, not just conversion rate in isolation, so a test that lifts conversion but lowers average order value doesn't get called a win.

Our Process

How we run your CRO program

01

Friction audit

We audit your PDP, cart and checkout flow using session recordings, heatmaps and funnel analytics to identify where visitors are actually dropping off.

02

Hypothesis & prioritization

We turn audit findings into testable hypotheses, prioritized by traffic volume and expected impact so we test the highest-leverage changes first.

03

A/B testing

We run statistically valid split tests against real traffic, letting each test run to significance before drawing conclusions.

04

Implement & iterate

Winning variants get implemented permanently; losing tests get documented (a disproven hypothesis is still useful data) and the next test queues up.

CRO — frequently asked questions

What's the difference between your CRO and general 'best practices' advice?

Best-practices checklists apply the same generic changes to every site regardless of whether they help. We run real A/B tests against your actual traffic and only keep changes that are proven to improve your numbers — a change that helps one store can hurt another, so we test rather than assume.

How long does a typical A/B test take?

It depends on your traffic volume — tests need enough visitors and conversions to reach statistical significance, which can range from a couple of weeks on high-traffic pages to longer on lower-traffic ones. We won't call a test finished before it's statistically valid, even if that takes longer than a client would like.

Do you need a minimum amount of traffic for CRO to work?

Meaningful A/B testing does need a baseline traffic volume to reach significance in a reasonable timeframe — for lower-traffic stores, we lead with the structural friction audit (checkout/PDP fixes with strong directional evidence) and layer in formal split testing as traffic grows.

Does CRO work conflict with our PPC or SEO traffic goals?

No — it's the other side of the same coin. Paid search and SEO drive traffic; CRO makes sure more of that traffic converts, which improves ROAS on paid spend and the revenue return on organic traffic without needing more visitors.

What tools do you use for testing and behavior analysis?

We work within your existing testing/analytics stack where you have one, and can set up session recording, heatmap and A/B testing tools as part of the engagement if you don't.
