What is an eCommerce website plan?
A monthly plan where our team designs, builds and manages a new storefront for the Shopify or BigCommerce store you already run. The design and build are included in the plan, and after launch every storefront change is made for you.
Do you run my store?
No. You keep running the store: products, orders, inventory, customers and checkout stay on Shopify or BigCommerce. We design, build and manage the storefront, keep it fast and SEO-ready, and make your changes for you.
Is the design a theme with my logo on it?
No. Every plan is a semi-custom design and build by our designers. Launch gives you 2 looks to choose from across 5 page types, Growth 10 page types, and Scale 15 page types and 3 looks. Enterprise starts with fully custom Figma mockups.
Which platforms can I sign up with?
Shopify and BigCommerce stores can sign up online. Magento, WooCommerce and custom platforms go through eCommerce Enterprise, from $1,999/mo, quoted after a call.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly on a 12-month term. Your Shopify or BigCommerce subscription, apps, transaction and payment-processing fees, and any other third-party costs are billed by those providers and paid by you. Your plan covers the storefront: design and build, integration with your store, your plan's features, and ongoing support and management.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Launch, Growth and Scale come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Your 30 days start the day we deliver your final round of design revisions, and your store launches inside that window. Cancel before then, or within those 30 days, and we refund every plan payment in full. eCommerce Enterprise is not covered and is non-refundable.
How long until my new storefront is live?
Most storefronts are designed, built and launched in about 30 days: a mockup of your homepage and key pages, your brand design, mobile checks on every screen, then launch on your store.
